Michael Ponticello, President, spearheaded the formation of the SQN Funds and is responsible for the establishment and development of the equity-raising arm of the company through SQN Capital Management. Prior to joining SQN, Mr. Ponticello was an Assistant Vice President of Operations at ICON Capital Corp. working in conjunction with Mr. Silkowski since 2001 and prior to that he held positions of Remarketing Manager and Portfolio Manager.  Mr. Ponticello also worked as a Regional Marketing Director of ICON Securities Corp.   Mr. Ponticello received his B.B.A. from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College. Mr. Ponticello currently holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.

Carmine Cozelino, Senior Vice President – Sales and Marketing, brings many years of professional experience to SQN. His key attribute is an in-depth knowledge of sales and marketing with a focus on training and development. He most recently served as Vice president and National Sales Desk Manager with ICON Investments, where he held multiple sales leadership roles since 2008. Prior to that Mr. Cozelino was a Senior Regional Consultant with AllianceBernstein charged with mutual fund and separately managed account distribution across the Midwest, working with RIA’s, wire houses, and independent broker dealer reps. Mr. Cozelino received his B.A. in Political Science and International Affairs from Hofstra University and currently holds FINRA Series 7, 39 and 63 Licenses.

Lee Iredell, Senior Vice President, joined SQN in December of 2015. Lee has over 19 years of experience in the financial services industry, most recently serving as Vice President – Sales and Product Management at Realty Capital Securities from 2009-2015.  Her previous experience spans both the retail and wholesale sides of the industry, including roles as Vice President and Senior Wholesaler for the Western U.S. at Lightstone Securities, 1031 Operations Manager at Cole Capital, and AVP – Western U.S. at ICON Securities Corp. She has been responsible for assembling and managing sales teams and territories, developing and overseeing key accounts within the independent broker-dealer channel, and has wide-ranging experience in the areas of operations, marketing and business development. Prior to her work within the wholesale distribution side of the industry, Ms. Iredell was a financial advisor at a regional broker dealer based in Arizona, specializing in tax control and income investment strategies for her clients. Lee has held leadership positions with The Alternative and Direct Investment Securities Association (ADISA) since 2010, currently serving as a member of the ADISA Conference Planning and Education Committees, as well as track leader and moderator for the organization’s conferences. She has also been a member of the Investment Program Association (IPA). Lee served as a Rotary Foundation Scholar to Australia, a Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange scholar to Germany, and holds a B.A. in Education and Art with a minor in German from Elmira College. Ms. Iredell holds FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63, as well as an Arizona real estate license.

Nicholas Barnett, Regional Vice President – Northwest joined SQN in March 2014.  Prior to joining SQN, Mr. Barnett served as a Financial advisor for Mass Mutual marketing to high net worth professionals in San Francisco.  Mr. Barnett has an extensive background in business development and served as an Associate for Osborne Partners Capital Management, a registered investment advisor with $1.4 billion under management catering to ultra-high net worth individuals, institutions, and endowments.  During his tenure at Osborne he also marketed Hatteras Fund of Funds managed by alternative investment manager Mark Yusko.  Mr. Barnett most recently held the position of Vice President RIA for ATEL  and was responsible for creating and developing their RIA capital channel while managing the internal sales team for the broker-dealer channel.  Mr. Barnett holds a B.A. in Psychology from DePaul University and worked as a research associate under a top social psychologist in the Judgment and Decision Making field.  Mr. Barnett currently holds FINRA Series 7, 66 licenses and is a Level 1 candidate for Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.

Aaron Stack,  Regional Vice President, joined the SQN June 2013.  Prior to joining SQN, Mr. Stack consulted for SkyBridge Capital where he helped launch the SALT Singapore conference.  Before SkyBridge, he was employed at CNBC where he aided in the development of new programing. Mr. Stack received an MBA in Human Resource Information Systems, a B.A. in Economics and a B.A. in Chinese Language from the State University of New York at Albany. He currently holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Steven Kennedy, Regional Investment Specialist, joined SQN in November 2014. Prior to joining SQN Mr. Kennedy was working in Private Wealth Management for Laidlaw & Co. serving High Net Worth Investors throughout EMEA and Latin America. Mr. Kennedy received a B.A. in Finance from St. John’s University. Currently holds a FINRA Series 7 and 63 License.

Michael Chapman, Regional Investment Specialist, joined SQN in June 2015. Prior to joining SQN, Mr. Chapman worked at a software startup, Akkadian Labs, where he helped them reach a new level of Software sales, managing accounts across the globe. Mr. Chapman received a B.A. in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He currently holds a FINRA Series 7 and 63 license.
